What is a third party shipment inspection?

A third party inspection is an unbiased, independent, and specialized 3rd party inspection company, other than the buyers or the seller to perform the inspections, tests of the products. It has great advantage over the cost, skill, experience, overheads, energies, and convieniences.


There are various inspection types for various production stages:


The inspection company will contact the sellers to set up the inspection, confirm the date and address.

The 3rd party inspections are normally have the following checklist in onsite inspections:

The info needed for the inspection would be PO or PI info, packing list, packing requirement, technical drawing, artworks, special requirement, and the seller's contact info.

What is a Pre-shipment QC?

  Pre-shipment QC It is to   QC check   the goods before shipment, it is to inspect the product's quality levels when the products are all fully finished, and mostly packed. What is a preshipment Inspection?

A pre-shipment inspection is a product inspection performed prior the cargo loading to the truck. It is a statistical random check to see if the products ready for shipment is sound in quality, and defect free. The quality inspector to check the quantity first, to see if the quantities of each items in the order is suffice; And the cartons in good conditions, all neat and clearly marked with proper shipping marks.  Then open the predetermined numbers of cartons to check the product quality inside, examine the inner packing, the quality of the giftbox, the printings, wrapping, arts, colors, writtings etc. and the products are securely packed for long distance transportations. the QC inspector will also check the barcodes are readable, correct, and up to the code.
